Subscription Agreement

1. Introduction

This Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") governs your subscription to Fayth VIP services ("Subscription Services") offered through the Fayth mobile application (the "App").

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, as well as our User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

When you subscribe to any Fayth VIP plan, you will receive:

• Unlimited card saves (no coin deduction required)
• Access to all premium features
• Priority support
• Early access to new features and updates

All subscription plans provide the same benefits. The only difference is the billing cycle and total cost.

4. Automatic Renewal

• Your subscription will automatically renew and your Apple ID account will be charged the subscription fee 24 hours before the end of the current period
• The renewal will occur at the same price and billing cycle as your original subscription
• You will receive a notification before each renewal
• If you do not want your subscription to renew, you must cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

5. Payment and Billing

All subscription payments are processed through Apple's App Store and charged to your Apple ID account.

• Prices are displayed in USD and may vary in other currencies based on your location and Apple's exchange rates
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase

6. Subscription Management

You can manage your subscription at any time:

To View or Cancel Your Subscription:

• Open the Settings app on your iOS device
• Tap on your Apple ID at the top
• Tap "Subscriptions"
• Find "Fayth" in your list of subscriptions
• Tap on it to view details, change your plan, or cancel

7. To Restore Purchases

• If you have previously purchased a subscription, you can restore it by tapping the "Restore" button in the App's Subscription Center
• Restored subscriptions will be linked to your Apple ID and will continue from where they left off

8. Subscription Status

Active Subscription:

• Your subscription is active when payment is successfully processed
• You will have immediate access to all VIP features upon successful subscription
• Your subscription status is displayed in the App's Profile section under "VIP Center"

Subscription Expiration:

• When your subscription expires, you will lose access to VIP features
• You will need to purchase a new subscription to regain VIP access
• Your subscription expiration date is displayed in the App's Profile section

9. Technical Issues

If you experience any issues with your subscription:

• Check your Apple ID Account Settings to verify your subscription status
• Ensure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase
• Try restoring your purchases through the App's Subscription Center
• Contact Apple Support for billing or payment issues
• Contact us for App-specific subscription issues
